- When will I receive my first box delivery? I'm so excited I can hardly contain myself.
If you sign up before the 15th of the month, your first delivery will be the following month. If you sign up after the 15th, your first delivery will be the month after the following month (i.e., If you sign up on September 10th, your membership will begin in October. If you sign up on September 25th, your membership will begin in November.) This is because we place exact orders with our small-batch food artisans in advance to assure freshness.
- Can I gift a membership to someone?
Yes of course! The more you share, the sweeter your life will become, just watch. When you sign up to become a member, there is an option for gift wrap. Will will see this noted on your order and will contact you the same day to collect information for your gift recipient. - What if I want to cancel my membership?
We cannot offer a refund in the middle of the three-month subscription or six-month subscription, as we have already sourced the heaps of goodies for your boxes. You are free to cancel your recurring membership at anytime by simply contacting us with your reason.
- Can I purchase boxes a la carte from you?
Yes of course! We strongly recommend our membership model to fully indulge in the many treats that await you, but should you want to try us out first, feel free to select a one-month subscription instead. We also offer custom gift boxes. Please contact us with your request.
- What if I don’t like the sweets in the box?
Sorry, we naturally cannot cater to the likes and dislikes of everyone. This is a membership for pastry, chocolate, and confection enthusiasts who are open to trying new and unique concoctions crafted by small-batch artisans. If you have a food allergy, however, please contact us so we may replace that particular product.

- What are the delivery options?
We currently offer 2 day shipping via USPS, as well as rush shipping for Canada and International addresses. We've shipped to Hong Kong and Belgium, so don't feel left out! Simply select "International Rush" during checkout and select your country.
- When will my box be delivered?
Delivery takes place the last week of every month. If you select delivery when adding boxes to your cart, please leave notes at checkout for the most convenient time to deliver your boxes.
SHIPPING DELIVERY
- When will my box be shipped?
We can now ship your dessert boxes right to your door! We ship the beautifully packaged boxes the second week of every month. We ship via USPS Priority, so expect to receive your package within two days of being shipped for US residents, five days for Canadian residents, and seven days for international customers upon request.
- Do I have to be home to receive the dropoff delivery?
No, you need not worry! If you are not home, we will leave the unsigned package for you, as normal, in a safe place (with your doorman, in your mailroom, with your receptionist, etc). - What if I am out of town for the entire month or long period of time?
If you are out of town and are unable to receive or enjoy your dessert box, let us know and we will happily defer that month and extend your membership by one month.
